Finding Violet

Finding Violet was founded in late 2011 in the North of England by singer/songwriter Gavin Loughlin for the purpose of writing, gigging and recording original material.

The band's aim from the beginning was to create songs with meaningful lyrics, and great music. Their unique sound is a fusion of many different genres - Folk, Blues, Rock, Jazz, Reggae, Ska and Country - along with their lush three part vocal harmonies, Finding Violet have been likened to such bands as: Arcade Fire and Elbow.
